Noah Pacik-Nelson

Noah Pacik-Nelson is the co-founder and CEO of BootLoop, an AI agent platform for firmware development based in San Francisco, USA. Founded in 2025 and backed by Y Combinator as part of the S25 batch, his three-person startup builds AI systems that write and test embedded software directly on real hardware. Previously, he served as a researcher at Accenture Labs within the AI Refinery, where he developed artificial intelligence agents for Fortune 500 clients and focused on neuromorphic computing. His earlier experience includes research at the MIT Media Lab and serving as CTO of The Ventilator Project, where he led the engineering and development of an FDA-authorized medical device. Holding three patents and authoring seven academic papers, his professional career centers on the intersection of ultra-low power artificial intelligence, digital signal processing, and hardware innovation.
