Noah Gross

Noah Gross is a Principal at Scale Venture Partners, currently based in the greater Philadelphia area. In this role, he focuses on artificial intelligence disruption across the financial technology, insurance technology, and chief financial officer software stacks. Gross also leads two internal networks, the Scale CFO and Fintech Operator Communities, to support early-stage product validation. He works closely with eleven active portfolio companies, including prominent enterprise software and fintech startups such as Intercom. Prior to his current position, Gross worked on the investments and acquisitions team at Cisco and began his career in technology investment banking at JPMorgan, advising institutional and corporate clients on capital raises and acquisitions. Gross holds a finance degree from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, and he currently centers his venture capital investments on AI-driven financial technologies.
