Nkiru Amadi-Emina is the Founder and CEO of Pivo Technology, a financial services infrastructure provider based in Nigeria. Established in 2021 alongside co-founder Ijeoma Akwiwu, the company offers digital banking, insurance, and loans of up to $50,000 to small and medium-sized enterprises operating within the supply chain sector. Under her leadership, Pivo became the first all-female founded Nigerian startup backed by Y Combinator and was selected for the Google for Startups Black Founders Fund in 2022. Prior to this venture, she served as the Head of Port Operations at Kobo360, a logistics firm that acquired her previous on-demand delivery platform launched in 2017. Holding a BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Business Analytics, Amadi-Emina leverages over 12 years of information technology consulting and logistics experience to focus on building comprehensive financial platforms that power African supply chains.
