NITISH PODDAR

Nitish Poddar is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Kastle, an artificial intelligence startup based in San Francisco, California. At Kastle, he leads the development of AI agents designed to automate operations for major United States mortgage lenders, and he recently participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2024 batch. Prior to this venture, Poddar served as a technical lead at Verkada, where he directed engineering efforts for the Incident Management product line. During his tenure at the enterprise security firm, he led the creation of a patented motion search system, managed backend inference infrastructure, and oversaw firmware delivery for its fleet management. Poddar holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His current professional focus centers on deploying advanced machine learning infrastructure within the financial services sector.
