Nitin Nohria is a University Distinguished Fellow and the Richard P. Chapman Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, based in Boston, Massachusetts. He previously served as the tenth Dean of the institution from 2010 to 2020, authoring over 100 academic articles and several published books on leadership and organizational behavior. Before his tenure as dean, he earned a PhD in Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BTech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay. Nohria is a former president of the Academy of Management, was inducted into the HBS Hall of Fame in 2023, and delivered a keynote address on business ethics at the 2024 World Economic Forum. His current focus centers on higher education strategy, adaptive leadership development, and advising on the integration of artificial intelligence in global management education.
