Nitesh Shroff, PhD

Nitesh Shroff, PhD is a machine learning researcher and serial entrepreneur currently based in the Silicon Valley area. He earned his doctorate degree in machine learning from the University of Maryland and has spent more than ten years developing complex deep technology applications. Shroff previously served as an early engineer at the autonomous vehicle startup Zoox, which was subsequently acquired by Amazon, and he also worked as a founding engineer at the computational photography company Light. His broader technical career includes specialized research and engineering positions at Qualcomm, Mitsubishi Electric Research Labs, and Cisco, ultimately resulting in a professional portfolio of more than 30 patents and multiple academic publications.
