Nirali Zaveri

Nirali Zaveri is the Co-founder and CEO of Friz, a neobank for freelancers based in Singapore. Founded in 2020, the financial technology company targets a market of 88 million independent workers across South and Southeast Asia, a demographic where 60 percent are women. Prior to launching the startup, she began her career at Mastercard, where she developed credit card products for small businesses and filed two patents related to payment authentication and real-time ACH data credit profiling. Zaveri established the company alongside a technical co-founder with previous engineering experience at DBS Bank and PPro, and she has also participated in the Spark Fellowship mentor program operated by Peak XV Partners. Her current focus centers on expanding financial inclusion and tailored banking services for the growing independent workforce throughout the Asian market.
