Nina Heir

Nina Heir is a Partner at Katapult VC based in Oslo, Norway, where she focuses on seed and Series A investments in early-stage European technology startups. Before her promotion to Partner in 2023, she served as an Investment Director at Katapult Accelerator and held operational roles at the technology incubator StartupLab. In her current capacity, she manages venture capital investments exceeding €100 million across a global portfolio of more than 50 companies. Heir recently led a Q1 2026 funding round for the climate tech startup Noria and frequently represents the Nordic venture ecosystem at major industry events, including the Arctic15 conference in Helsinki. She holds an MSc in Entrepreneurship from BI Norwegian Business School. Her current investment focus centers on scaling deep tech, climate tech, SaaS, and fintech enterprises across competitive international markets.
