Nina Achadjian

Nina Achadjian is a Partner at Index Ventures based in San Francisco, California. Before joining the venture capital firm, she worked as the Financial Planning and Analysis Lead for Google's AdSense team and served as a high-yield bond trader at Citigroup. She also founded HIVE Ventures, the first seed fund dedicated to Armenian entrepreneurs, where she directed early-stage investments into approximately 30 different technology companies. Achadjian graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and was recognized on the Forbes Midas Brink List in 2022. At Index Ventures, she has backed prominent software startups including ServiceTitan, Shopmonkey, and Motive, where she currently holds a board seat. Her current investment focus centers on venture and growth-stage enterprise software, vertical SaaS applications, and artificial intelligence technologies across the United States and Europe.
