Nils Seele

Nils Seele is a Partner at LEA Partners, a venture capital and private equity firm based in Germany. He has over seven years of experience investing in and scaling B2B technology enterprises, having joined the firm as an Associate in late 2018. Prior to his current role, Seele worked at the Berlin-based venture firm Project A and spent several years focusing on restructuring and corporate finance at Roland Berger. As an early-stage investor, he holds board seats at Aleph Alpha, Flip, and TURN2X, and has directed capital into emerging startups including Black Forest Labs and Codesphere. He studied business administration at the University of Mannheim and completed exchange programs at the University of Sydney in Australia. Seele currently focuses on deep technology investments, targeting early-stage companies that develop transformative, sustainable solutions for global enterprise markets.
