Nikolay Kirpichnikov

Nikolay Kirpichnikov is a Partner at Altair Capital Management based in Tel Aviv, Israel, where he leads seed and Series A investments across Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Managing a portion of the firm's $200 million in assets under management, he oversees a portfolio of more than 50 early-stage technology companies, including notable public exits such as Monday.com. Before joining Altair Capital Management, Kirpichnikov served as an investor at Runa Capital and held various software engineering roles, eventually earning his MBA from IDC Herzliya. In 2024, he directed Altair's investment in the artificial intelligence startup Synthesia and recently presented on cross-border capital allocation strategies at TechCrunch Disrupt 2025. His current investment focus centers on bridging innovation and capital for high-growth enterprise software, cybersecurity, and fintech startups operating within emerging markets across the globe.
