Nikola Stojanow

Nikola Stojanow is a General Partner at Meta Change Capital and a Partner at Vitosha Venture Partners, based in Bulgaria. Prior to his current venture capital roles, he founded the blockchain platform Aeternity and its dedicated investment arm, AE Ventures, where he raised over $28 million to develop the platform's broader technology ecosystem. In 2020, he co-founded Meta Change Capital, launching a €100 million fund regulated in the United Kingdom to target early-stage blockchain investments across emerging markets. Stojanow also serves as a strategic advisor for technology startups, including Ambire AdEx and Factor Y, and has conducted formal due diligence on approximately 30 early-stage companies. His current focus centers on pre-seed and seed-stage opportunities within the fintech, gaming, and blockchain sectors across underdeveloped regions in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
