Nikki Eslami

Nikki Eslami is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of New Theory Ventures, the Founder of Wild Elements, and a Board Member at Rare Beauty. Prior to her current roles, she served as a Principal at LSK Consulting and co-founded Bellami Hair in 2012, scaling the enterprise into the world's largest hair extension company. In 2022, Eslami partnered with musician Gwen Stefani to launch the cosmetics brand GXVE Beauty, expanding her operational footprint in the personal care industry. Through New Theory Ventures, an evergreen fund, she manages a portfolio of consumer companies that includes Ceremonia, Female Invest, Neat Burger, and Thirteen Lune. Her professional background and current focus center on leveraging influencer marketing to scale impact-driven consumer brands while providing venture capital to women and diverse founders across the beauty and wellness sectors.
