Niki Pezeshki

Niki Pezeshki is a Senior Venture Partner at Felicis Ventures. In his current role, he focuses on supporting growth-stage portfolio companies and works closely with specific venture investments such as Guild, Trusted Health, and Popmenu. Prior to joining the Felicis team, Pezeshki served as an investment team member at both Summit Partners and Vista Equity Partners, where he developed his core expertise in institutional private equity and venture investments. He also gained direct operational experience by working in sales strategy and operations at the Climate Corporation. Pezeshki holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Honors from the University of Southern California, where he remains actively involved with the USC Value Investing Group. His professional background effectively combines climate technology operations with late-stage venture capital investing across the education, healthcare, and food technology sectors.
