Nikhil Shinday

Nikhil Shinday is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of BuildBetter, an enterprise product operations assistant platform. He joined the company as its third technical co-founder in 2020, partnering with his childhood friend Spencer Shulem and Adam Stanford to build the initial software architecture. In his capacity as CTO, Shinday directs the engineering and technical strategy for software that processes raw unstructured data, such as customer call recordings, into actionable business deliverables. Under his technical leadership, the platform has scaled to support thousands of product teams globally while securing millions of dollars in early venture capital funding. BuildBetter's financial backers include prominent investment firms such as Wing, Village Global, OnDeck, and Telegraph Hill Capital. His current professional focus remains on advancing data processing capabilities and business intelligence software solutions for modern product development organizations.
