Nikhil Kalghatgi

Nikhil Kalghatgi is a venture capitalist and an early-stage startup investor based in New York. He previously served as a Principal at Softbank Capital, where he focused on seed and Series A investments, and worked as the Director of Business Development and Marketing at Localytics. Before entering the venture capital industry, he was a Senior Design and Project Manager at The MITRE Corporation and founded the Partner 6 hedge fund. His extensive early-stage investment portfolio includes recognizable consumer and technology brands such as Sweetgreen, Ripple Labs, Bark & Co, and Ginkgo Bioworks. Kalghatgi earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Engineering from Tufts University, followed by a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. His current investment focus centers on commerce platforms, mobile enterprise solutions, marketplaces, and connected devices.
