Nik Shah

Nikhaar "Nik" Shah is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Home.LLC, a real estate technology startup focused on down payment assistance. Through this venture, he partners directly with first-time homebuyers in expensive housing markets across the United States by co-investing in their property purchases. The company provides upfront capital to fund down payments in exchange for a proportional share of the future profits or losses when the property is sold. Before launching his current enterprise, Shah completed his higher education at Carnegie Mellon University, earning a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence and a Master of Information Systems Management in 2012. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Nirma University. His current focus remains on leveraging his technical background to build alternative financing structures that improve housing accessibility for new buyers.
