Nicole Vitullo

Nicole Vitullo is a veteran life sciences investor and Venture Partner at Arboretum Ventures, where she serves on the boards of Allay and Esperion Therapeutics. Before joining Arboretum in 2023, she spent over two decades at Domain Associates, becoming a Partner in 2004 to lead investments across biotechnology, genetics, and pharmaceuticals. During her tenure at Domain, which completed 305 investments and 90 exits, she held board roles at several companies that achieved successful acquisitions, including Achillion's sale to Alexion, Celator's acquisition by Jazz Pharmaceuticals, and VentiRx's sale to Celgene. Her earlier career includes serving as Senior Vice President at Rothschild Asset Management, directing corporate communications and investor relations at Cephalon, and spending twelve years in corporate development at Eastman Kodak. Vitullo earned a B.A. in mathematics and an MBA in finance from the University of Rochester.
