Nicole Sanchez

Nicole Sanchez is the Managing Partner at Nyca Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm based in New York City. Since joining the firm in 2023, she has overseen investments across a portfolio with over $1 billion in assets under management, recently participating in a $50 million Series A funding round for the fintech unicorn Ramp. Prior to her venture capital career, Sanchez co-founded and served as the leader of Code2040, a national nonprofit organization that successfully scaled to accelerate career opportunities for thousands of Black and Latino technology professionals. A former Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, she earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University. Her current investment strategy primarily focuses on early-stage financial technology, artificial intelligence, and enterprise software startups led by underrepresented founders.
