Nicole Lu

Nicole Lu is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sieve, a financial technology enterprise developing automated data cleaning platforms specifically designed for hedge funds and institutional investment management firms. Prior to launching Sieve, she worked extensively at Citadel, where she held specialized roles across the firm's Equity Quantitative Research, Global Trading, and Data Science groups. Before her tenure in quantitative finance, Lu served as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising various corporate clients on complex strategic and operational initiatives. Her early technical experience includes computational biology research at the Broad Institute, where she focused on developing advanced algorithmic models for early cancer detection. Lu currently focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to build specialized data infrastructure that resolves complex data processing challenges within the quantitative finance sector.
