Nicole Glaros

Nicole Glaros is a Partner at Matchstick Ventures based in Boulder, Colorado, where she joined the firm's leadership team in 2025 alongside Natty Zola and Ryan Broshar. She previously served as one of the first employees at Techstars, holding multiple executive positions including Managing Director of the flagship Boulder accelerator, Chief Product Officer, Chief Innovation Officer, and Chief Investment Strategy Officer. Before her tenure at Techstars, Glaros joined the Colorado-based incubator CTEK in 2002, expanding the organization's footprint from a single location to five offices across the state. She holds a master's degree in sport psychology from the University of Florida, during which time she co-founded her first technology startup. With over 15 years of experience in the venture ecosystem, her current focus remains on seed-stage investing and accelerating early-stage technology companies.
