Nicole Friedman

Nicole Friedman is a Principal at Blue Collective based in Brooklyn, New York. She initially joined the venture capital firm as an Investor in 2020 and spent four years evaluating early-stage opportunities before being promoted to her current position in 2024. Prior to entering the venture capital investment industry, Friedman spent two years working as an Associate at Bowery Valuation between 2018 and 2020. Her earlier professional background includes completing a 2017 internship at CitySquash and working as a coach at Squash and Beyond from 2014 to 2016. A former varsity squash athlete, she completed her undergraduate education at Williams College, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology.
