Nicole DeTommaso

Nicole DeTommaso is a Senior Associate at Harlem Capital based in New York City, where she evaluates and supports early-stage technology startups led by underrepresented founders. Before her promotion to this position in 2024, she served as an Associate at the venture capital fund and previously held investment scouting and operations roles at Techstars.
