Nicole Conner

Nicole Conner is a Partner at Airbus Ventures in Washington, District of Columbia, where she leads early-stage investments and provides legal expertise across the aerospace and deep tech sectors. Before transitioning to venture capital in 2018, she practiced corporate law at Arnold & Porter LLP and White & Case, advising clients on syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and cross-border transactions. She holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Richmond. Promoted to Partner in 2020 after initially supporting Airbus Ventures deals as external counsel in 2017, she now focuses on structuring complex debt financing and venture investments. Expanding her operational support for emerging startups, she was appointed to the board of directors at quantum infrastructure software company Q-CTRL in July 2025.
