Nicolas Fuenzalida

Nicolas Fuenzalida is the Co-Founder and CEO of Poliglota, an online language school headquartered in Santiago, Chile. Under his leadership, the Y Combinator-backed education technology company has served over 12,000 paying students who invest approximately $500 per person in instructor-led group courses. In May 2025, the startup closed a new funding round to support its strategic expansion into the United States and Mexico while implementing artificial intelligence for personalized content creation and proficiency testing. Previously recognized by Forbes, he has co-founded more than four companies, served as Chairman of the Africa Dream Foundation, and earned an innovation technology diploma from MIT alongside a Master of Organizational Psychology degree from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
