Nick Telecki

Nick Telecki is the Founder and CEO of Rally, a financial operating system for modern fleets based in Berlin, Germany. A two-time founder and computer science dropout, he previously built a delivery startup that successfully scaled to $3 million in annual recurring revenue within its first year of operations. Before launching his current five-person venture alongside co-founder Thiago Peres in 2025, Telecki managed global strategy across more than fifty markets for Delivery Hero. He also held product management leadership roles at prominent technology companies including Stripe, Meta, project44, and Booking.com, gaining extensive operational experience in supply chain technology and corporate finance. Backed by Y Combinator in the Winter 2025 batch, his current focus centers on developing specialized fleet cards, workflow automation, and spend management solutions for European logistics, construction, and delivery services.
