Nick Singleton

Nick Singleton is the Vice President of Growth Equity at Adams Wealth Advisors, based in Logan, Utah. Prior to assuming his current executive position, he served as Vice President at AIM Venture Capital starting in January 2020, where he managed critical fund operations including deal sourcing, due diligence, and investor relations. Before entering the venture capital sector, Singleton spent six years working at sell-side boutique investment banks across Salt Lake City and Tacoma, Washington, advising on and executing various corporate mergers and acquisitions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Utah State University and maintains active Series 82 and Series 63 financial registrations, alongside a Utah real estate license. His current professional focus centers on executing complex advisory transactions and securing minority growth equity investments in established, revenue-generating companies across multiple distinct industry sectors.
