Nick Raushenbush

Nick Raushenbush is an active angel investor and startup advisor currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. He previously served as the Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of Shogun, a Y Combinator-backed no-code e-commerce software platform. Under his executive leadership, Shogun scaled its global operations to serve over 100,000 Shopify merchants, secured more than $175 million in venture capital funding, and reached a $2.2 billion valuation in 2022. Following Shogun's acquisition by Webflow in February 2024, Raushenbush transitioned to full-time independent angel investing. This transition draws on his prior entrepreneurial experience as the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of the digital creative agency Glass + Marker. His current professional focus centers on providing capital and strategic operational guidance to early-stage technology startups operating within the software-as-a-service and e-commerce ecosystems.
