Nick Olsen

Nick Olsen is a Partner at Innovation Endeavors based in Northern California. Before joining the venture capital firm as an Associate in January 2021, he spent over two years managing strategy and operations at Tempus Labs. Previously, Olsen worked for three years as a consultant at Bain & Company and completed a global commercial externship at Spark Therapeutics. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering with a business minor from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In his current capacity, Olsen has directed multiple early-stage financings, including leading seed rounds for BioLoomics and Harmonic Discovery, co-leading a seed round for Think Bioscience, and leading a Series A for Character Biosciences. His current focus centers on early-stage investments at the intersection of advanced engineering, computer science, and life sciences, specifically targeting human health and industrial applications.
