Nick Huber

Nick Huber is the co-founder and CEO of Bolt Storage and the creator of The Sweaty Startup, currently based in Athens, Georgia. He began his entrepreneurial career while studying at Cornell University, where he co-founded the student logistics company Storage Squad in 2011. Huber scaled this initial business to approximately $3 million in annual revenue before successfully selling the enterprise in 2020. Following the exit, he established Bolt Storage, a self-storage investment firm that has expanded to manage a portfolio of over sixty facilities valued at more than $100 million. Through his media platform, he produces content focused on traditional service businesses, reaching hundreds of thousands of followers across networks like Twitter and YouTube. His current focus remains on acquiring commercial real estate assets while advising founders on operational efficiency and bootstrapped business growth.
