Nicholas Manske

Nicholas Manske is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Verata, a network intelligence platform for private equity firms based in San Francisco, California. Founded in 2025 alongside Josh Gardner, Verata participated in the Y Combinator Winter 2023 batch, where Manske currently oversees corporate strategy, scaling operations, and execution for the two-person startup. Previously, Manske co-founded and served as the Chief Technology Officer at Alariss Global, a venture-backed recruitment startup utilizing natural language processing algorithms to match overseas SaaS companies with American salespeople, which he helped scale to 37 employees. He also co-founded AiFlow and formerly served as a United States diplomat before entering the technology sector. An alumnus of Harvard University and INSEAD, his current professional focus centers on developing B2B software that provides proprietary deal flow and relationship intelligence for institutional investors.
