NICHOLAS DIAO

Nicholas Diao is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Omega Strategies, an independent strategy consulting and corporate advisory firm. Prior to establishing his current enterprise, he served as the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Coursedog, an educational technology startup focused on modernizing academic operations and scheduling for higher education institutions. During his executive tenure at Coursedog, Diao successfully guided the software company through its participation in the Silicon Valley-based Y Combinator Winter 2019 accelerator batch. He subsequently departed the venture-backed edtech business to launch Omega Strategies, transitioning his professional trajectory from software engineering leadership to broader corporate strategy and business development. In his present role, Diao leverages his foundational technical background and early-stage startup scaling experience to direct operations, manage client engagements, and drive core consulting initiatives within his current executive capacity.
