Niall McEvoy

Niall McEvoy is a Partner and Head of Venture at Elkstone, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Ireland. In this capacity, he manages a €100 million venture fund dedicated to seed and pre-Series A investments across the artificial intelligence, blockchain, and deep tech sectors. His recent investment activity includes leading a $3.0 million seed round for Barespace in September 2025 and a $2.0 million seed round for Kerno in December 2023, alongside backing notable portfolio companies like Manna Drone Delivery and Flipdish. Prior to joining Elkstone, McEvoy served as the Manager of the High Potential Start-Ups ICT team at Enterprise Ireland from 2015 to 2022, and previously held enterprise software sales and leadership positions at SAP and Oracle. His career centers on accelerating early-stage technology companies through strategic capital allocation and government-backed ecosystem development.
