Niall Kehoe

Niall Kehoe is the Chief Technology Officer at Sylvian, a healthcare artificial intelligence company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He joined the healthcare firm in early 2024 to lead engineering and product development for clinical AI tools, supporting the company's $15 million Series A funding round in the third quarter of 2025. Previously, Kehoe worked as a software engineer at Two Sigma, where he served as an engineering lead developing quantitative high-frequency trading systems.
