Neil Sirni

Neil Sirni is the New York-based Co-founder and Managing Partner of Arrive, the venture investment platform of Roc Nation, where he also serves as Head of New Ventures. Operating as a strategic co-investor, he directs capital primarily into Series A and B rounds, writing checks ranging from $500,000 to $50 million across North American and Southeast Asian markets. Through Arrive, Sirni has executed over 29 investments, backing prominent technology and consumer companies including Sweetgreen, Robinhood Markets, Epic Games, and SpaceX. In late 2025, he expanded his financial footprint by co-founding Proximity, a New York-based consumer and enterprise investment firm established alongside venture capitalist Jason Mack and other partners. Sirni currently focuses on leveraging his operational expertise in business development to scale early-stage technology startups across the fintech, digital health, Web3, and gaming sectors.
