Neil Sadaranganey

Neil Sadaranganey is a venture capitalist and technology executive based in the San Francisco Bay Area who focuses on enterprise software investments. He previously served as a General Partner at Bay Partners, a venture capital firm with over $1 billion in committed capital, where he led investments in early-stage technology infrastructure startups. Before transitioning to venture capital, Sadaranganey held senior leadership positions at Cisco Systems, serving as a Director of Product Management responsible for networking product lines that generated over $1 billion in annual revenue. Earlier in his career, he developed foundational technical expertise working as a hardware engineer at ATI Technologies. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
