Neil Movva

Neil Movva is the Founder of Blyss, a Y Combinator-backed startup from the W23 batch focused on building end-to-end encrypted artificial intelligence systems. Prior to founding Blyss, he served as a Research Engineer at Together AI, where he specialized in developing privacy-first machine learning solutions for enterprise applications. His earlier engineering experience includes technical roles contributing to the Apple Neural Engine and optimizing deep learning compute for NVIDIA's cuDNN library. Movva earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 2019, focusing heavily on artificial intelligence. He subsequently published the fastest-recorded scheme for private information retrieval at the prestigious Oakland cryptography conference.
