Neil Callahan

Neil Callahan is a Founder and Managing Partner at Pilot Growth Equity, a technology investment firm based in New York City. With over 25 years of operating and investing experience, he previously co-founded and served as CEO of Sitaro LTD., a CRM software company acquired by CoActive Marketing Group. Following the acquisition, he became President of CoActive's Digital Business Unit and later worked at Andersen developing enterprise platforms. At Pilot Growth, which raised a $45 million fund in 2019, Callahan manages investments in companies like CB Insights and Webgility, and oversaw the exit of Zenedge to Oracle. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago and has advised major corporations including IBM, Cisco, and AT&T. His current focus centers on growth-stage private technology investments and utilizing AI-driven deal sourcing to accelerate portfolio value creation.
