Neil Blumenthal

Neil Blumenthal is a General Partner at 1Sharpe Ventures based in New York City, New York. Prior to his current role, he cofounded and served as Co-CEO of Warby Parker from 2010 until May 2022. He scaled the eyewear brand to over 200 retail locations, more than $600 million in revenue, and a 2021 initial public offering valued above $3 billion. Blumenthal holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School, and previously worked with the nonprofit VisionSpring. At 1Sharpe Ventures, he manages a portfolio of over 20 investments, including leading an October 2023 expansion round for Bombas, and joined the Allbirds board of directors in February 2024. His professional focus centers on scaling DTC brands and backing early-stage startups across the consumer technology and retail sectors.
