Neil Agarwal

Neil Agarwal is a Computer Science student concentrating in Artificial Intelligence at Northeastern University, currently based in Waltham, Massachusetts. From July to December 2024, he served as a DevOps Software Engineer Co-op at Wolters Kluwer, where he refactored multiple Kubernetes controllers and improved secret management using GitOps and role-based access control. Prior to this role, Agarwal completed a web development internship at TJC UK in Feltham between June and August 2023, focusing on e-commerce redesigns and email infrastructure transitions. He also worked as a web development intern at ShopLC DE in Dusseldorf from May to August 2022, gaining experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and agile methodologies. His technical background centers on full-stack development and DevOps engineering, with a current focus on applying artificial intelligence to optimize complex cloud infrastructure and global e-commerce platforms.
