Neal Dikeman is a Partner at Energy Transition Ventures based in Houston, Texas. He previously led Royal Dutch Shell's North American venture capital arm and managed a $100 million spinout fund. As a Partner at Jane Capital Partners, he executed seven seed deals that subsequently raised over $400 million and resulted in three initial public offerings, including Zenergy Power and Smart Wires. The Texas A&M University economics graduate has co-founded more than nine startups and established Cleantech.org to build one of the largest networks in the environmental technology sector. Outside of his corporate ventures, he ran for the United States Senate in Texas as the 2018 Libertarian nominee against Ted Cruz. Dikeman currently focuses on seed-stage investments across the global energy transition sector, specifically targeting commercialization in solar, battery storage, and smart grid technologies.
