Nazli Danis

Nazli Danis is the current Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Paloma, an early-stage technology venture focused on new product development. In this capacity, Danis directed the core Employee of Record (EOR) vertical, guiding the foundational product infrastructure through an intense period of rapid corporate expansion. Operating within the complex employment compliance and international staffing ecosystem, she successfully scaled the EOR business segment from $10,000 in initial revenue to generating a nine-figure monthly recurring revenue (MRR) for the company. Danis’s professional background currently centers on leveraging her early-stage scaling expertise to build new ventures, with a specialized focus on human resources operations, global workforce management, and enterprise technology solutions.
