Naveen Yalamanchi

Naveen Yalamanchi is a Partner and Portfolio Manager at RTW Investments, where he serves on the executive leadership team and directs the firm's medical technology investment strategy. Prior to assuming his current position, he worked as a Vice President and Co-Portfolio Manager at Black Capital and Calamos Arista Partners. Over his 20-year career in the financial sector, Yalamanchi has also held specialized healthcare investment positions at prominent asset management firms, including Millennium Management and Davidson Kempner Capital Management. Outside of his primary institutional investment roles, he actively serves as a member of the Dean's Leadership Council at the UC Irvine Charlie Dunlop School of Biological Sciences. As a trained medical doctor, his current professional focus centers on identifying transformative investment opportunities across medical devices, life sciences, diagnostics, and digital health to improve clinical patient outcomes.
