Naveen Krishnan

Naveen Krishnan is an Investor at Leaps by Bayer based in Boston, Massachusetts, where he focuses on early-stage venture investments in disruptive deep tech platforms. Prior to his current role, he served as a Partner at SOSV and IndieBio, and held investment positions at Highland Capital Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners. Throughout his venture capital career, Krishnan has backed more than 50 companies across the health, agriculture, and sustainability sectors, including the unicorn food-tech startup NotCo. He recently led a Q2 2025 investment in a precision fermentation startup for sustainable proteins, and he holds an MBA from Harvard Business School alongside a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida. His current focus remains on bridging scientific discovery with scalable commercialization to advance frontier technologies in industrial biotechnology and global climate tech.
