Naveed Siddiqi

Naveed Siddiqi is a Partner at Novo Ventures based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where he leads seed and Series A investments across North American technology ecosystems. Prior to joining the firm in January 2024, he held investment roles at Golden Ventures and BDC Capital, following an earlier career in management consulting at Bain & Company. Throughout his venture capital career, Siddiqi has backed more than 20 portfolio companies, contributing to notable exits including the 2019 acquisition of Wave by H&R Block and the 2024 acquisition of Bench. His recent activity includes leading an $8 million Series A funding round for the artificial intelligence startup LogiChain in March 2026. Holding an MBA degree from the Rotman School of Management, his current focus centers on scaling early-stage enterprises within the SaaS, AI, and financial technology sectors.
