Naveed Matinfar

Naveed Matinfar is a Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners based in Menlo Park, California, where he leads investments in growth-stage enterprise applications, artificial intelligence, and healthtech. Before joining the global venture capital firm in 2023, he held operational leadership roles in business operations, product management, and data science at the venture-backed healthtech startup Ribbon Health. Earlier in his career, Matinfar worked in investment banking at PJT Partners, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and initial public offerings within the financial technology and real estate sectors. At Lightspeed, he is part of a team of over 50 investor partners deploying capital from more than $9 billion in recently closed funds into emerging technology companies like ElevenLabs. An alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania, his current focus centers on identifying and scaling high-growth enterprise software and AI platforms.
