Nathaniel Ventura

Nathaniel Ventura is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vinci Games, an independent technology startup focused on building interactive virtual reality experiences. He established the gaming studio in 2021 alongside co-founder Maciej Szcześnik to specifically develop competitive sports titles for modern virtual reality headsets. In his current executive capacity, Ventura directly oversees the company's product development, marketing strategies, and business development initiatives, which recently culminated in the launch of their flagship virtual reality basketball game, Blacktop Hoops. Prior to transitioning into entrepreneurship, he cultivated extensive domain expertise in gaming technology and software ecosystems by leading global developer programs at major technology corporations, including Facebook, Google, and Unity.
