Nathan Yee

Nathan Yee is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of AutoPallet Robotics, a warehouse automation startup based in San Francisco, USA. Founded in 2024 and backed by Y Combinator as part of its Summer 2024 batch, the company develops robotic systems for moving boxes and currently operates with a six-person team. Prior to this venture, Yee developed core software for laboratory automation robotics at Trilobio and provided technical consulting services for the Defense Innovation Unit. He has accumulated four years of specialized professional experience in machine learning, heuristics, and reinforcement learning for multi-robot scheduling. Yee earned a degree in Engineering with Computing from Olin College of Engineering, where he collaborated on over 15 academic projects with his future co-founder. His current focus centers on scaling operations and advancing machine learning applications within the warehouse robotics sector.
