Nate Redmond

Nate Redmond is the Managing Partner at Alpha Edison, an early-stage venture capital firm. Previously, he spent 13 years at Rustic Canyon Partners, serving as Managing Partner since 2010 and leading initial institutional investments in the $1 million to $10 million range across the digital media, e-commerce, and SaaS sectors. Before entering venture capital, Redmond began his career at Boston Consulting Group and worked on investment strategies alongside prominent figures including Harvard professor Clayton Christensen and Citadel founder Ken Griffin. He also co-founded an internet infrastructure company and gained corporate experience at Boeing Co. before earning his MBA from Harvard Business School and dual engineering degrees from the University of Michigan. With over 15 years of institutional investing experience, Redmond currently concentrates on identifying and scaling early-stage consumer online services and enterprise software opportunities.
