Nate Kline

Nate Kline is the Managing General Partner at Cistern Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on holistic health and wellness investments. Prior to his current role, he served as Co-founder and Chief Investment Officer at OneWall Communities, a real estate investment firm. Over a two-decade career in institutional finance, Kline spearheaded more than $20 billion in private equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions during his tenures at Fortress and Merrill Lynch. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pennsylvania State University, graduating with honors and co-founding the Nittany Lion Fund, a multimillion-dollar undergraduate student-managed hedge fund. A four-time founder and Inc. 5000 honoree known as the Wellness VC, Kline currently leverages his extensive institutional finance background to back emerging early-stage startups across the global wellness sector.
